Russia has approved a new GOST for bread "Arctic" – it is specially designed for the health of residents and specialists of the northern regions.
The main feature of this bread is the local Arctic ingredients: Cetraria Icelandic lichen, sphagnum moss and dried cranberries. This composition provides the product with a wealth of proteins, minerals and dietary fiber, as well as antimicrobial properties.
The standard comes into force in May 2026 and sets a high standard for quality. The new "Arctic" bread is not only healthy, but also functional food for the harshest conditions!
