Today, more than 84% of stores are equipped with their own bakeries, and by 2026 it is planned to increase this number to 92%. This approach makes fresh pastries even more accessible to customers and promotes sales growth.
Curiously, this year, fresh Pyaterochka pastries have become part of every eighth receipt, and the sales growth of own production is 20% in annual terms. The product range includes about 40 items, with an emphasis on freshness and variety.
