- Alexander first got the position of assistant pastry chef at Paul Confectionery in 2018. He created a unique dessert menu and headed a pastry shop. He became a representative of the Paul brand in Moscow, attended and defended works at international congresses in Lyon.
- He worked as chief technologist of Polen, pastry chef of restaurants "Soho", "Tokyo sushi", Les-Ole, Aladdin, Candy-Queen caramel workshop.
- He is a champion of Russia and Europe in confectionery art:
- Culinary World Cup (Luxembourg) - Gold medal (Marzipan/Mastic/Caramel /Icing)
- IKA/Culinary Olympics (Germany) - bronze medal, silver medal, badge for professionalism (Chocolate sculpture/Mastic/Marzipan/Caramel/Icing)
- Saimaa Vocal College Sampo (Finland) - gold medal (Chocolate sculpture), etc.
