Alexander Bakanov - pastry chef of the restaurants Kislovsky and Black Thai (Moscow), brand chef of the confectionery group Tatlım (Istanbul).

  • Alexander first got the position of assistant pastry chef at Paul Confectionery in 2018. He created a unique dessert menu and headed a pastry shop. He became a representative of the Paul brand in Moscow, attended and defended works at international congresses in Lyon.
  • He worked as chief technologist of Polen, pastry chef of restaurants "Soho", "Tokyo sushi", Les-Ole, Aladdin, Candy-Queen caramel workshop.
  • He is a champion of Russia and Europe in confectionery art:
