Lisa Butt is a pastry chef, brand chef of the cafe NIQA pâtisserie & café.


NIQA pâtisserie & café - 2 cafes of the BUTT GROUP holding, the concept involves confectionery production without semi-finished products in an open kitchen. The design and concept were developed by the Butt family. In addition to patronage, Lisa runs a pastry shop with her husband and partner, Ali Butt.


  • in the confectionery industry for more than 8 years
  • she was trained by foreign pastry chefs (including Cedric Grolle, Nicolas Poussin, I'm on Boris, Claire Zeitzler, etc.)
  • she has twice completed internships in France, under the guidance of pastry chefs with the title of MOF
  • she has developed a dessert menu for several projects ("Wonderful People" in Moscow on Ilyinka, the PASTRY HOUSE UAE project in Dubai, etc.)
  • conducted more than 100 live workshops on baking and decorating cakes, making confectionery, including in the UAE, Ukraine and France - more than 600 students in total
