Ilya Saprin invites you to visit a master-class of Modern Bakery Moscow "5 chocolate textures"

Master-class host:
Ilya Saprin is a corporate pastry chef at the Russian Chocolate Academy. The total experience is more than 10 years.

He studied at Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil and Baking School Barcelona Sabadell. Assisted and trained with world-class pastry chefs: Stephanie Leroux, David Bohnett, Diego Lozano, Joakim Prat, Alexandre Bourdeaux, Guillaume Mabilleau, Jordy Bordas, Nicolas Pierot and many others.

Worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow; National; BLANKET & KO, MAZE, PAPA Barvillage, head teacher of VIP-Masters.
AS A RESULT OF THE MASTER CLASS, YOU WILL KNOW:
