Anton Kornyshov is a sourdough bread baker since 2012. The chef will hold a master class "33 rules for making sourdough Tartine" for Modern Bakery Moscow visitors.

Anton Kornyshov is a sourdough bread baker since 2012. In 2018, he participated in the launch of a bakery from scratch for the «Gorynich» restaurant (Moscow). In 2019, he was a chef at the bakery at Ugolёk, Pinch, Uilliam's, and «Severyane» restaurants. Anton Kornyshov is a co-author of the book "WILD BAKERS". He Implemented 34 sourdough bread baking projects (bakeries, restaurants, cafes). The chef trained more than 4000 students from 46 different countries.
