120 million tons of grain since the beginning of the year — this is the result achieved by Russian.

Of this amount, more than 90 million tons are wheat — 7 million tons more than a year ago. Yields are also showing growth, while the harvest of grain and legume crops has already covered about 85% of the total area.

At the same time, the groundwork for the next season is already being laid: nearly 6 million hectares of winter crops have been sown.

For the bakery and confectionery industry, this is an important signal: a stable raw material supply directly impacts production stability and overall market development.
