Polair company complements the line of shock freezing chambers

''POLAIR'' has launched the production of shock freezing chambers for gentle defrosting of products weighing up to 240 kg. The new equipment is designed to work in large and medium-sized food production facilities.

The chambers can be used with any trolleys used in convection and rotary kilns, steam convectors
The chambers operate in the mode of intensive cooling of products and in the mode of shock freezing
The chambers can be made according to the "tunnel" type with two doors or with one door.
New folding ramps that are placed in the chamber when folded

You can choose the equipment with the necessary performance for fast and gentle freezing of finished products and semi-finished products at the company's stand on June 14-17.
