We dedicate today's Friday content to an interesting solution in the HoReCa segment – a cafe 2 sq. meters from the Krasnodar startup Qummy 🍩
What is the concept?
🔸A freezer is installed on these 2 sq. meters which according to the creators preserves all the organoleptic properties of the product (dishes in such a freezer can be stored from six months to a year).
🔸Then a special robot oven scans the QR code on the packaging of the dish and selects the heating mode. The cooking time of the dish is from 5 to 7 minutes. Neither cooks nor kitchens are needed here.
