Well, what kind of Hanukkah is without its bakery symbol – sufganiyot. Soufgania is prepared quite simply: the dough is fried in oil (are these donuts?), after which jelly (usually strawberry) is introduced into the product, and the finished dish is covered with powdered sugar or chocolate glaze 🙌
