According to the company, the taste of such a product practically does not differ from natural butter and at the same time the production of such butter leaves a smaller carbon footprint.
During its manufacture, a thermochemical process takes place, during which fat molecules are released from carbon dioxide, hydrogen and oxygen.
Savor is currently trying to obtain regulatory approvals and expects to enter the market in 2025.
