The School of Modern Baker and Confectioner ProIngredients opens its doors to students on June 15 and 16, as part of the international exhibition Modern Bakery Moscow 2022.
The event is organized by the Food Ingredients Producers Union and the Research Institute of the Bakery Industry, and is held with the participation and support of the largest industry specialists in the commonwealth of the FIT of Nutrition, Biotechnology and Food Safety, the Research Institute of Quality, Safety and Technology of Specialized Food Products of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, the V.M. Gorbatov Food Systems Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Research Institute of Dairy Industry.
