For 4 days, experts share their experience in making artisan bread, flour confectionery, author's desserts and chocolate decoration.

They are held in the conference halls of the pavilion 8.
Cup - contests and awards.
Visitors registered for the exhibition who have confirmed their qualifications can take part in competitions from the organizers.
