Mobile laboratory works 21-24 March
For the first time at Modern Bakery Moscow | Confex the Research Institute of the Bakery Industry will present a "Mobile Laboratory", which during the days of the exhibition will study samples of products from flour milling, bakery industry, ingredient companies.
Also, guests of the laboratory will be able to see how the presence of allergens is determined in raw materials and finished products, and the gluten-free products contain the amount of gluten. Specialists of the Center for Rheology of Food Media of the Research Institute will conduct staling analyses of the presented bread samples.
The mobile laboratory of the Research Institute of the Bakery Industry at Modern Bakery Moscow | Confex 2023 will work all days, free of charge, but in order to take part in the testing, you must first register. No more than 2 samples are accepted from one company.
