🔻Learned about kneading recipes, technologies for working with yeast, sourdough, chocolate and other ingredients from top bakery and pastry chefs at master classes.
🔻The 2nd day of the business forum "Confex. Confectionery expertise". We discussed with the speakers the new realities of food retail, the possibilities of marketplaces, trends in trade marketing and merchandising for confectionery, and also analyzed the mistakes of interaction between a retail chain and a supplier in CTM projects.
🔻At the conference "In-house production as a competitive advantage of a retail chain" we learned how to gain the trust of customers when choosing ready-made food, innovative ingredients and equipment in in-house production, increasing the average check in retail.
🔻At the PRO Bread Symposium and the Briefing "From the point of creation to systematic implementation", we talked about the trends of bread production and the best practices of its popularization.
🔻Learned the names of the winners and prize winners of the All-Russian contest "The Best bread of Russia - 2023".
