Belarus increases export of frozen bakery products worldwide

Belarusian manufacturers noted a special demand for frozen bakery products: the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus told about it. Over the past year, production volumes have increased by more than 2 times 🥖 The trend continues this year.  

The output of products obtained by thermal sterilization, preservation with ethyl alcohol and using a modified gas medium has also been increased by more than 30%. These technologies allow to increase the shelf life of bakery products from 96 hours to 90-180 days, without using chemical preservatives and additives.

Belarusian bread is exported to 15 countries: Russia, CIS countries, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia and the United States.
